This year we are starting a new programme, which is to almost completely "self-cater" our tours.
Our Price-Point makes this a significant "bargain" touring package.
The location is the same, the 15th C. Parish House remains in its unique central location, a stone's throw from the Palace of the Popes and its Papal Gardens and medieval neighborhood, but we are offering completely flexible time periods. You can come anytime. You get a 50-page Self-Catering Guide which explains everything you need to know, and how to use local guides, buses, trains, and van services to "create your own tour", with our 19 years of experience.
For the price of a comparable apartment-suite, with en-suite kitchen, bedroom, dayroom, and lounge area, some with excellent views of the Palace of the Popes (150 Euros per day),
you can enjoy Provence for a week (the minimum stay), or a month (120 euros per day).
We DO offer our regular tour package during the month of June, just fyi @ www.toursofprovence.com. In July, we cater to those who want to enjoy the Performing Arts Festival of Avignon, 450 plays,dance performances, comedy sketches, street and carnival activities, a world-famous venue meant for the true francophile. This period largely fills the Parish House with UK citizens, just fyi.
