One of those unplanned but perfect stops 🤍
On a ride day not far from the château we’ll be calling home in 2026, I pulled up in the village of Pouzac and wandered into this beautiful family-run bakery. Three generations, everything made on site, and the kind of bread that makes you immediately slow down and stay a little longer.
This is exactly what Plate & Pedal is about – great riding, quiet villages, and food that’s made with care by people who love what they do.
