Courts & Culture in Chianti 2026 — Final Day 🇮🇹🎾🍷

We wrapped up our final day with tennis alongside our wonderful Italian pros, followed by an Aperol Spritz lunch, shopping, and a fascinating tour of Siena’s iconic Piazza del Campo, where we learned all about the history and traditions of the famous Palio horse race held there each year.

There was time for a last gelato for some, while others invested in extra suitcases to bring home their Italian treasures! 🛍️🍦

Our grand finale was a memorable farewell dinner a COMO property, featuring its Michelin-starred restaurant, La Torre, and the perfect setting to toast an unforgettable week.

Life is going to seem awfully quiet—and perhaps a little less colorful—without this vivacious and entertaining group of kind hearted women. They were always smiling and laughing, with positive upbeat attitudes, and had a wonderful gift for squeezing every last drop of joy out of life. What a privilege it has been to share this adventure with them. I will miss them all dearly! ❤️

Courts & Culture in Chianti | Day 5 🍇🎾🇮🇹

A perfect Tuscan day! We started with tennis alongside our Italian pros, followed by an E-bike adventure through the rolling countryside to a delicious lunch overlooking the Antinori Vineyards. Naturally, a little w**e shopping was in order! 🍷

The afternoon brought a change of pace with a visit to a local monastery, where we were treated to an entertaining and fascinating tour by a Benedictine monk. Among his stories was a connection to Michelangelo, who, according to the monk, spent time at the monastery before painting his own version of The Last Supper in Milan.

From the courts to the countryside to centuries of history, another unforgettable day in Chianti! ❤️🇮🇹

Day 4 | Courts & Culture in Chianti 🍇🎾

A morning of tennis clinics with our Italian pros, followed by a successful truffle hunt in the nearby woods with trufflegirls — and yes, we found plenty of treasures! 🍄‍🟫

After a delicious al fresco meal at a local trattoria we headed back to our villa for a little dolce far niente: massages, mahjong, reading, and leisurely walks. As evening arrived, we traded our tennis racquets for rolling pins, learning the art of homemade pasta with a local chef before sitting down to savor the delicious fruits of our labor.

A perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, culinary discovery, and wonderful company in the heart of Tuscany. 🇮🇹❤️

🇮🇹 A Day in San Gimignano | Courts & Culture in Chianti - Day 3

Morning tennis followed by a leisurely, multi-course lunch overlooking the breathtaking Tuscan countryside and the medieval towers of San Gimignano. 🍷🍇

Then off to explore San Gimignano, with its charming cobblestone streets, wonderful shopping, a visit to the magnificent Collegiata di Santa Maria Assunta, and, of course, a stop at the famous Gelateria Dondoli. One ambitious guest even conquered the climb up the Campanile for spectacular views! 🏰🍦

We ended the day the Italian way — homemade pizzas straight from the wood-fired oven, a little hands-on pizza making, and another evening of fabulous food, laughter, and memories around the table. 🍕❤️

Courts & Culture in Chianti | Day 2 🇮🇹🎾

A morning on the courts, followed by a day immersed in the beauty and style of Florence! From a fun and fruitful leather jacket fitting to exploring the magnificent Duomo, the Baptistery, and the city’s timeless streets, we filled the day with art, culture, shopping, and plenty of delicious discoveries along the way. 👜✨

And then, back to our private villa for the perfect ending: a gorgeous, homemade, multi-course dinner prepared by our private chefs. Fabulous food, wonderful company, and another unforgettable day in Tuscany. ❤️🍷

🎾🍷 Courts & Culture in Chianti — Day 1 🇮🇹

What a spectacular start to our Chianti adventure! 🇮🇹

A leisurely breakfast at our private villa, followed by a morning on the courts with Italian pros, experiencing three distinct surfaces: grass, clay & hard court. 🎾

Then, a taste of Tuscany with a visit to a multigenerational family vineyard producing beautiful organic w**es in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. 🍇🍷

And the grand finale? A phenomenal Tuscan feast featuring bistecca alla Fiorentina, pillowy gnocchi with basil cream, crispy fried sage, panna cotta, and so much more. Every bite a celebration of Italian culinary tradition! 🍽️✨

Great tennis, exceptional w**es, unforgettable food, and wonderful company. Hearts are happy, bellies are full, and this is only Day 1! ❤️

A day filled with Portuguese history, artistry and w**e ✨🇵🇹

We began at the magnificent Palmela Castle, perched high above the Setúbal Peninsula with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. From ancient stone to hands-on creativity, we then headed to Azeitão for a private tile workshop, where we designed our very own Portuguese azulejos—a wonderful way to experience one of the country’s most iconic art forms.

Next came a cellar tour and tasting , one of Portugal’s oldest and most celebrated w**e producers. 🍷

We continued to Cristo Rei, taking in the spectacular views across the Tagus and Lisbon before ending the day in Bairro Alto with dinner at Taberna da Rua das Flores by José Avillez—the perfect finish to a day of culture, craftsmanship and incredible food.

Another unforgettable day in Portugal. 🇵🇹✨

A day immersed in the history and traditions of Évora, beginning with its remarkable Roman Temple, the magnificent Évora Cathedral, and the hauntingly beautiful Chapel of Bones (Capela dos Ossos), a striking reminder of the fragility of life. From centuries of history to one of Portugal’s most treasured natural resources, we continued with a visit to a traditional cork factory to discover how cork is harvested and transformed into everything from w**e stoppers to fashion accessories. A fascinating day exploring the culture, craftsmanship, and rich heritage of the Alentejo region. 🇵🇹✨
