Normally Château de Cérons are in the shade of 100 year old trees in their park. Today with over 100°C temperatures we are with 50,000 bottles in the cool cellars ❤️

Great connection today with celebrity chef John Stephano on the Chartons quayside Thursday organic market checking out the local produce coming into season - apeicots, cherries, beefsteak tomatoes...We agreed about the importance of taking the time to cook and sit around a table enjoying fab food ( and wine!) with friends and family - all the Fs! .com

Before I arrived apparently in the 50s we could find in Bordeaux then we had smaller oakier barriques no we want to taste the amazing fruit we grow here
