Click&Boat was founded by two French entrepreneurs in December 2013. Their idea came from a real observation: on average, boat owners use their boats less than 10 days per year. Boating is an extraordinary activity, but a boat can be quite costly. om this finding, Jeremy and Edouard came up with Click&Boat; a collaborative platform based on sharing and trust. Boat owners now have the possibility to rent their boats, confidently and safely, to people who want to go boating. The principle is simple: owners can create a free advertisement for their boat by adding pictures, a boat description, a price, and some advices about the boating area. Renters can contact boat owners directly through the Click&Boat messaging platform to ask any questions they may have. Owners can access the boating or sailing experience of the renter and can confidently choose the right person for their boat. Renters can choose between hundreds of boats within a boating area, benefit from comments and reviews from previous renters, and contact the Click&Boat team for questions or help.
