Whilst we are still in the midst of one of the snowiest winters we’ve seen for many years, let’s not lose sight of the fact that the planet as a whole is still warming and we still need to do everything we can to slow that down.

This report from NASA makes that abundantly clear. Scariest fact in this report? In February, the temperature at the North Pole was above freezing for 2 days.

Sea ice in the Arctic grew to its annual maximum extent last week, and joined 2015, 2016 and 2017 as the four lowest maximum extents on record, according to scientists at the NASA-supported National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) and NASA.

Just in case you missed it, last week we won the Travel Innovation category at the World Snow Awards in London!

Why did we win? For being the first airport transfer company in our neck of the Alps to offer a regular, fully electric service from Geneva airport using a Tesla Model X.

Naturally we are incredibly proud to get this recognition but it has definitely spurred us on to continue pushing forward this coming season so we can hopefully win again next year!

We now have two Model X's in the fleet, which you can book via our dedicated website - www.zeat.vip Both have recently been wrapped in satin blue and are looking rather stunning! The 21 solar panels on the roof of our base in Bourg St. Maurice are comfortably balancing all the electricity we use in these cars.

And with innovation in mind we have a new Cool Bus development to show you over the next few days that we are literally frothing over with excitement about! Watch this space...

So we heard the other day that a satin finish to your bodywork actually reduces drag and increases energy efficiency. This was all the excuse we needed to engage the considerable skills of Mr. Justin Casey who promptly went ahead and gave our Tesla's a full body wrap in "Perfect Blue".
