The hospitality team at aren’t messing around. This afternoon they stopped by to drop off some brand new rain boots for four guests who are truffle hunting with us tonight. They were concerned it might rain. Next level service. Our hats are off to you, Villa La Coste!

The incredible travel planner always brings us the most fabulous travelers. It’s so incredible how well a group of strangers can come together and become friends in such a short time. We’re not sure whether Lori just attracts good people or if it’s her activities that create the bonds between these Provence enthusiasts, but either way, we’re happy to be part of it.

The Les Pastras 2025 Côtes du Luberon is bottled and ready to be sipped!

Berry Bisou is a smooth, dry blend of Syrah and Carignan with notes of raspberry, red currant, blackberry, and fig leaves, plus hints of violets and roses. It’s light in alcohol and surprisingly dry considering all the fruity notes the flavor profile contains. One of our guests called it “flirty,” which inspired the name!

Many thanks to the sommeliers and grape stomping guests who tried Berry Bisou this month and provided their tasting notes. We’re now shipping our red and rosé worldwide at just 12€ per bottle. We also have bottles of delicious organic grape juice that’s unlike anything available in stores. Order at our Shopify page on lespastras.com.

LOVE board games. Especially the one where you put cheese, charcuterie and fruit on a board and then serve it with artisanal bread and crackers. Really good at that one.
