Some fun news from Les Pastras: One of these two fluffy boys will be our newest truffle pup! Jean-Marc will go to pick one up in a month and whichever dog shows more interest in the truffle he will have with him will get the job. Can’t wait!

That’s Johann’s cousin, Elodie, pouring him a glass in their tasting room and shop! If any of our other guests are in the Champagne region, we’d be happy to put you in touch!
