1. Marbré de bœuf et lard colonnata à la truffe d’été, vinaigrette à la verveine fraîche
2. Aubergines vapeur brûlées, crème d’aubergine fumée, condiment sésame à la truffe, échalote crispy

It’s harvest season! Les Pastras is beginning grape stomps this week and you can book by messaging us at [email protected]. Harvest some grapes, stomp them in a huge oak barrel while dancing to the music of Edith Piaf, then drink some w**e and enjoy some cheese and charcuterie while learning some French drinking songs. This experience has it all. 🍇 🍷 💃🏼
