We are able to assist with accommodations on a complimentary basis once it falls within our scope – luxury (4-5+ star) hotels, vetted private homes and villas and yacht rentals. Through our affiliation with ITKE, a Virtuoso member and preferred partner of many top luxury hotel brands, we are able to guarantee clients the best rates, added value in the form of preferred amenities and VIP treatment when booking through us – think room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, early check-in, late check-out and hotel credits. We do ask that if we are working together, that you please allow us to facilitate all bookings for you. We are not able to book hotels using credit card or rewards points. If you intend to book any portion of your trip in that way, please let us know in advance as we will typically only take on trip requests where we are managing the majority of accommodations. Flights
If you are looking for help with just flights and accommodations, we typically charge a $50 per ticket flight management fee. This is an upfront, non-refundable fee which includes our assistance with the research, booking and management of the flights, including one change (all change/cancellation fees imposed by the airline are separate and at the expense of the client). Please note that we do not take on flight-only bookings or flight bookings made with airline miles or other credit card point programs, with the exception of Amex points. Full-service Destination Design
This is our specialty – perfect for that big adventure! We design a full itinerary inclusive of flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, activities, spa, events, hard-to-get restaurant reservations and any other special arrangements or recommendations you may need. This is not a one-size-fits- all travel experience! Your itinerary will be completely tailor-made to fulfill your passions and interests. Our full-service itinerary design fees start at $400 USD and vary based on length and complexity of the trip and the number of persons traveling. An added $500 USD fee will apply for last-minute bookings – departure within 2 weeks for domestic travel, departure within 3 weeks for international travel.
