Visiting Capbreton - this beautiful village has something for everyone
Capbreton offers a range of things to do: on and off-shore fishing, local markets, fresh fish market, surfing, body boarding, kite surfing, stand up paddle boarding, indulging in the amazing seafood-oysters and mussels, relaxing at one of the pop up beach bars, attending one of the frequent festivals, beach karting, mini golfing, bowling, paint ball, horseback riding or shopping the main street of Capbreton or in the surf outlets.
With its semi-submerged second world war bunkers and awesome views of the pyrenees on a clear day, the beach in Capbreton is one of the most photographed stretches of sand in France. Surfers have their pick of breaks from several beaches in Capbreton. The beach is long and sandy....it is easy to find a part of the beach (especially at Oceanides) that is not too crowded.
