We are delighted to have arranged for Adele and Iain of Chillis and Spice to provide such a delicious meal for our guests - they also do Mexican and Slow Texan bbq options - very much appreciated by our guests, especially on the evening they arrive
Chicken tikka masala cooked in Iains latest project. A tandoor oven made from a steel bin, terracotta pots, vermiculite and fire bricks. We catered for a lovely group of people tonight, our food was really appreciated. I feel so flattered when Brits who have unlimited access to Indian restaurants rave about our food.
But, the highlight for me tonight was witnessing a family finally get together after 2 long years. Here's to a good summer everyone ❤️
