Our plaque finally arrived today and we fitted it straight away near the front gate. We are both really chuffed that all the hard work is paying off. Thank you to Lee and Teresa for the foundations, we have just put our touches on a beautiful place to live and stay

Bit of a momentous day for us today. We have been preparing for an inspection from the tourist office to classify our gites. We are absolutely made up that we have been classified as 3 Stars with no advisories. Was a nervous day but we are both made up with the result. Roll on the spring and summer. What a day

The war of the brambles continues. We found an oak tree hidden half way around the meadow. Cleared the brambles and added some fence. A bench coming soon to be able to sit in the shade in the summer sun. Open to suggestions for the name on the bench

Designed and built a stable door for our smallest gite. Only fitting that it’s a stable door on what was the old stable building. Hayley has finished painting it, all we need now is an old horse shoe to finish it off
