Two years ago I changed everything about the way I love my life. I stopped being scared, I stopped waiting, I stopped doubting myself and stopped crying about what people said or thought about me.

My routine the last few days has been:
Wake up and look out my incredible balcony for whales
Eat a healthy breakfast
Get dressed for the day ( which means a robe and slippers)
Head to the spa to either they healing caves or hydro path treatment
Lunch
Balcony views/ whale watching (and spotting)
Spa treatments
Gourmet dinner
Drinks and firepits in the garden ( with live music!)
Sunset on the balcony
Rinse and repeat

While staying Hilton Head Health | Wellness Resort & Spa we were able to take an early morning boat ride where we found these adorable dolphins feeding. We even got to see a baby dolphin swimming with his mom. Staying at this resort was the perfect opportunity to reset my healthy goals, nourish my body, get in lots of movement, and have wonderful experiences like this one.

When people ask me why I’m obsessed with Montana I often can’t find the words to articulate my feelings. Something about this place just makes me feel alive, free, and at peace.

Had the best day on the Flathead River learning how to fly fish and soaking up the gorgeous Montana scenery. I’ll never get over how much I love it here. Thanks to Glacier Anglers & Outfitters Derek, and Killian for making today so great, and thanks to Pursuit Glacier Park and Chloe for a fantastic trip!
