When you come and stay at our villa you can borrow our family bikes for a little ride along Canal du Midi a UNESCO site What a wonderful way to spend a few hours or a day! Then home for a dip in the pool ❤️☀️🇫🇷

Things to do near our
Starting at our lovely little museum approx 3 minute walk away! It’s small but covers ancient pottery/history of wine revolt as well as amazing world famous dinosaur fossils!!
Le Terminus- our nearest brassero/bistro approx 12-15 minute walkway along the vineyards!
Canal du Midi - a UNESCO site which is lovely to cycle along( use our family bike if you like)
Oppidum d’Enserune - Historical monument- amazing walks/views and ofcourse a little museum! Great for taking a picnic on your walk
Amphoralis - Gallo Roman Pottery- reconstruction of ovens to make the wine amphorae and more!

Hi all😊 We have a large 4 bedroom villa in the south of France 🇫🇷
All bedrooms have a/c. Sleeps 8. The pretty walled garden has a large private 10x5 meter pool. There is a pingpong table, boules, basketball hoop, bbq as well as 2 beautiful figtrees to enjoy !
We are in the middle of wine country so plenty to try! Cycling along canal du midi is such a pleasure and you can borrow our family bikes during your stay 🚲 Plenty of history in the area as well…..SO much to see and do….or not if you don’t 😉Beautiful restaurants as well of course 🙌☀️🇫🇷😎🥂

Hi again😉
Now we go to our nearest brassero to eat🙌Walk Alongside the vineyards for 12-15 minutes….and you’re there! The name of the brassero is Le Terminus as it used to be a train station.
Food is lovely, very informal and varied clientele from 3-4 generation family meals to young and/or older couples either eating or just popping in for a drink or two. There is a play area for the youngsters as well.
The bbq grill is amazing…. a disused wine press 🤩
We usually go when we’re down!

Whilst you’re staying with us you can enjoy some cycling using our family bikes which are at your disposal👍See pics re the cycling along Canal du Midi ( UNESCO site). Cruzy museum- small but actually world famous for their dinosaurs🦕 New finding just a couple of years ago!! Cruzy usually have a fête in August as well as the Rugby team putting on a BBQ🙌
Wine tasting can be arranged at the villa and/or every Monday & Tuesday evening you can pop along to the tourist board in Capestang where local producers show and sell their produce! They also do a walking tour around Capestang so you can learn some of the history. A walk around our village at night….❤️ 🇫🇷 🌒 Peaceful and quiet as always…….❤️🇫🇷 Plenty of cycle routes through vineyards or along Canal du Midi. Wine tasting at our villa or at the Vignerons.
