Spring is here 🌼🍃 and with it come plans for holidays or weekend getaways with family and friends.
How about an escape to the beautiful countryside of the Tarn region?
✨A unique place for your moments with family and friends. Located just 30 minutes from Toulouse, Castres and Castelnaudary, in the heart of the Lauragais countryside. Enjoy 280m² of peace and tranquility in the middle of nature, with no neighbours or overlooking properties, and breathtaking views of the Black Mountain range.
The cottage is perfectly equipped for up to 15 guests, and both adults and children will be extremely comfortable. A large heated saltwater swimming pool 🌊 awaits you during the warmer season (from May to the end of September).
You will also enjoy two indoor fireplaces.
About the accommodation:
A spacious entrance hall where you can settle in comfortably.
A fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ with a dishwasher, American-style fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, two toasters, two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), three raclette machines, and everything you need for cooking. There is also a large open fireplace with a grill for cooking meat or traditional stews. 🍲
Next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an additional fridge.
The large living room features two big dining tables, several comfortable sofas and seating areas, as well as reading corners. There is also a wood-burning insert fireplace to keep you warm during winter evenings. A large Bluetooth speaker and plenty of space for dancing! 💃🕺
A separate toilet is located near the living room.
The first large bedroom includes one 160x200 cm bed and one bunk bed. You will also find many children’s games 🙋 as well as a TV with DVD player.
Opposite this room is a spacious shower room.
Next, a second bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, private shower room, and TV.
Opposite, a third bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, private shower room, and TV.
Upstairs, you will find a relaxation area with an arcade machine 🎰 and a record player!
The 4th bedroom is located upstairs and includes one 140x200 cm bed and one 90x200 cm single bed.
Continuing on, the 5th bedroom includes one 140x200 cm bed, two 90x200 cm single beds, and a toilet.
We also provide a baby cot with changing table, a baby bath, and a high chair. 👶
Outside, you can enjoy the heated 11x5 saltwater swimming pool, a children’s play area 🛝, plenty of parking spaces, a large garden 🌳, and a covered outdoor area with a brazier, perfect for hosting unforgettable gatherings.
We provide tables and chairs for approximately 50 seated guests.
There is also a ping pong table 🏓, a badminton net 🏸, and pétanque balls available.
Pets are welcome 🐕🐈 and we kindly ask to be informed in advance of their presence. We also welcome groups travelling with horses — please contact us regarding organisation and additional fees.
On site, you will enjoy open views over the surrounding countryside as well as our horses, chickens, and goat 🐐!
Weekend rates (Friday 2pm to Sunday 6pm):
From October to April inclusive: €1100 per weekend, additional nights €400/night
May / June / September: €1500 per weekend, additional nights €450/night
July / August / Christmas holidays: weekly rentals only — €4200 per week. Arrival Saturday 5pm, departure Saturday 10am.
For all other school holidays: weekly rate €3200.
