Tip No 15.......depending on which variety you have the first crop of raspberries are in fruit soon. But what do you do when the raspberries have finished.......you can use the canes for purpose or decoration.

Tip No 14.......Eco friendly w**d killer not every one likes to use chemical w**d killers and if this is you here is a handy recipe.

You will need:
Water that has been used to boil eggs (this is optional) 1Litre
Vinegar 4 litres
Salt 250grams
Washing up detergent a good squeeze

Mix together and add to a spray bottle for best results spray on a hot warm day.

A great enhancement to your garden is a pond.......whether large or small they need yearly mainternace especially if you have a lot of plants in it or the pond is particularly small........the best time is in autumn but if needs must then anytime will do...

Tip No 13.......Daffodils, always let them wilt naturally this prevents Daffodil blindness and aids in strong blooms the following year.

If needed especially if you have plants growing undernearth the leaves or inbetween the bulbs, then rather than cut the daffodils down losely tie them in to clumps using rubberbands.
