When I was looking for a retreat to go in myself, I just couldn't find anything that appealed to me or my budget. So I created them. And they have become very successful, always sold out.
My next available one is in the stunning countryside of Wales and its all about truly gifting yourselves just after possibly the busiest time of the year when you have spent all your energy looking after everyone else.

Think invigorating walks, cold water swims, hot tubs and star gazing, pub lunch, castles and log fires but mostly (and what my Magical Midlife Metreats for Women only, are all about) the connection that women thrive on, with other women. The stories shared and the support given and most of all the belly laughter

Maria and I have had a cancellation on our Moroccan Women only Midlife Adventure, happening 6-11 November.
We have an full itinerary (with free days included and lots of suggestions)
We will be taking you into the real Sahara desert (and yes there will be camels) but we will have luxury Bedouin tents!
Added extras can included the YSL museum and a Hot Air Balloon experience which is amazing

Calling all SOLO women travellers
More and more women are plucking up the courage to go away on their own, whether it be back packing or booking into a retreat, joining an organised group tour or just going solo to a holiday resort and taking that breath.
Many are married with kids, many are single, by choice, or not. Many may just want to take a short break from normal life and have some quality 'me' time with no one else's demands to adher to.
Does any of this resonate?
Do you think the family could cope without you for a week?
Would it empower them to learn to cope without you for a week and in the meantime you can spend some time doing exactly what YOU want to do?
You may be a bit scared of travelling alone. The idea of eating alone in a restaurant is unthinkable to some. And what if you get lost or something happens or you don't understand the language and inadvertently tell the kind waiter that you would like to order some spicy chicken but it comes out a as can I have some hot c**k please ?

Fear not ladies because you can come book with me and know that your worries will be abaited. Join a group of like minded women and join in as little or as much as you want to during the week. You will be sharing a gite but if you don't want to share a room then that can be arranged. I will organise boat trips along the canal du midi, hikes in the vines, food and wine tastings, reiki and massages, restaurants what ever you want. And you choose what you want to do. Pop to the beach ? No problem. Want to know where the best shopping is? I'll show you where. If you hire a car (maybe you can share the car hire) you can have as much autonomy as you like but know that there is always someone there to understand that sometimes you just need to be you
