Three bedroom modern villa on an exclusive domaine with 3 swimming pools and stunning sea views.

Fitou Villa is located within five minutes walking distance of the famous Fitou wine village hosting four fantastic restaurants, a bar/tabac, supermarket, children's playground, tennis court and skate park. A short walk through some vines and you will find Chateau de Fitou with a character bar where tapas is served. The long sandy beaches of Leucate and La Franqui are a ten minute drive away where

you will find a good selection of water sports as well as some 'supercool' beach bars and restaurants. Fitou is located approximately halfway between Narbonne and Perpignan on the Mediterranean coast approximately 40 minutes north of the Spanish border. Nearest airports are Perpignan, Carcassonne, Beziers, Montpellier, Girona and Toulouse.

Good food, great company, local wine, sun, sea, sand, smokey fire pits on the beach and vintage wooden fishing boats bringing the harvest ashore (allegedly) 😎

And of course old men drinking pastis for breakfast 😂

Just a quick hop across the Spanish border and you’ll find yourself in Figueres, birthplace of Salvador Dali and home to our favourite tapas bar - Lizzaran 🇪🇸

A charming Catalan town bursting with art, quaint shops, cobbled streets, stunning architecture and rich history.

Don’t miss the bustling covered market (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday) where locals gather for fresh produce under a stunning canopy of iron and glass.

Beautiful, authentic and full of traditional Spanish charm. Well worth a visit especially out of peak season 😊

This hidden gem on the Côte Vermeille blends Catalan charm with laid-back Mediterranean vibes.

A working port with real character, where colourful fishing boats mingle with fancy yachts, and the catch of the day goes straight from sea to plate.

Wander the harbourfront and stop for fresh seafood or tapas at one of the many local restaurants.

Traditional, authentic, and full of coastal character. 🇫🇷✨

Les Halles in Perpignan 🇫🇷✨

Morning coffee, midday tapas, or a quick apéro, this indoor market has it all.

On your way out grab some fresh cheese, charcuterie, seafood, fruit & veggies and a bottle of wine for later 🧀🥖🍇🐟🍷

Fitou Villa garden with olive, lemon, fig and apricot trees along with lots of Mediterranean shrubs and herbs 🌱🌱

The garden was suffering a little from the summer heat (up to 40 degrees) but the plants have all been carefully selected to cope with heat and drought and are maturing nicely.

A perfect little spot to relax and soak up the sun ☀️

Still one of my all time favourite restaurants - Le VIP in Perpignan.

They don’t do socials or internet because they don’t need to. Locals already know just how fabulous they are ❤️

Traditional French/Catalan cuisine, delicious local wine and amazing value for money.
