We know how expensive everything is now and the price of the ferries is putting a holiday to France out of reach for many people. Everything here is included. sheets towels. heating, electricity. based on 6 people staying you only pay 29€ per night per double bedroom. If you want the whole house to yourself it will be a whopping 75€ per night. minimum 1 week.

MY HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR WINTER LET.

situated at the heart of The Epona Trust Pony Refuge near the small town of La Haye Pesnel 50320. This is a touch of luxury for winter. Very warm, light and easy to keep house. 3 towns 20 Supermarkets, miles of beaches, coastal walks and forests all within 20 minutes. at the end of a small lane 400 mtrs from the main road
Our house is available for winter. Full central heating. on the ground floor large lounge with a wood burner. large modern kitchen ground floor WC. Underfloor heating. 3 double bedrooms Fully carpeted 1 en suite and a family bathroom all with central heating radiators.

SITUATED AT THE END OF A SMALL LANE 400 MTRS FROM THE MAIN ROAD.
WE ARE ONLY 3K FROM THE NEAREST SMALL TOWN AND WITHIN 20 20-MINUTE DRIVE FROM AVRANCHES, GRANVILLE, VILLDIEU LES POILES AND MILES BEACHES, COASTAL WALKS AND FORESTS.

SET IN THE MIDDLE OF A PONY REFUGE WITH AROUND 30 HORSES PONIES AND DONKEYS ON SITE. WE HAVE 2 DOGS 3 CATS 1 SHEEP 1 GOAT AND A LOAD OF CHICKENS AND COCKERELS. We accept well-behaved dogs. This is not a suitable environment for young children.
