This charming house is available for rent in the village of Laroque des Albères, south of Perpignan and close to the Spanish border and sea and mountains. The house is available to rent on a weekly basis over July and August (Saturday to Saturday) for £600 per week plus 50 euros for cleaning at the end of your stay.

The house is located in a peaceful setting the heart of the old village and close to all amenities, including excellent restaurants and local shops.
There is a breath-taking panoramic view from the roof terrace of the surrounding mountains, including the Canigou, the old village and even the sea! There is also a shady terrace below with a dining table and barbecue.
The house comprises:
Garden level: living room with fireplace and open plan kitchen, shower room with toilet.
Lower level (looking onto the garden): en suite bedroom with shower room and toilet, laundry room.
1st Floor: 2 double bedrooms
2nd Floor: roof terrace.
