Chalet244 is a traditional Alpine Chalet located only a short distance from everything Morzine has to offer. A popular choice amongst returning guests, Chalet244 is only 300m from the Super-Morzine and 400m from the Pleney ski lifts, allowing guests to easily access all areas of the vast 650km of pistes which represent the Portes De Soleil. With 7 cosy en-suite rooms, a spacious dining and lounge area with open fireplace, and covered hot tub; Chalet244 is perfect for larger groups or families.

THE SPACE

Chalet224 is a stand-alone 3-storey traditional Alpine Chalet, located in a quiet and sunny area of Morzine but with easy access to everything the resort and area has to offer. With cosy soft furnishings though-out, 7 spacious en-suite bedrooms, a fantastic open-plan lounge and dining area with roaring open log fire, a separate film room, ski locker and the outside covered hot tub with mountain views; Chalet244 is a the perfect option for larger groups of family and friends. With considerable flexibility of bed types and easy access bedrooms on the ground floor, the chalet can easily accommodate a wide spectrum of family generations. The chalet is only a short relatively flat walk to the two primary ski lifts of Morzine (Super-M and Pleney) and the centre of this traditional alpine town with all its shops, bars, restaurants and of course Apres!

LOCATION

Chalet244 is located on a quiet road within easy walking distance to the heart of Morzine. Whilst being quite private and quiet, the Chalet is only 300m from the Super-Morzine and 400m from the Pleney ski lifts, allowing guests to easily access all areas of the vast 650km of pistes which represent the Portes De Soleil. Similarly, the centre of this traditional alpine town with all its shops, bars, restaurants and of course Apres are within very easy access.

It is very easy to find Chalet244, with it being located just off the main access road to the centre of Morzine. There is private parking at the chalet. The main Valley Verte and Ski Resort buses stop just 200m down the road, and airport transfer services can easily find the chalet for direct-to-door transfers to and from Geneva airport.

HELLO

The owners of CHALET244, George and Ingrid, are a British / Belgium couple who gained their hotel experience on Lake Garda in Italy; and have brought this cosmopolitan atmosphere to their new venture. Both of them are happy to converse in English, French, Dutch, Italian or German and offer a fresh look to a typical Savoyard chalet. They both hope that you will be as impressed with Morzine as what they are.

George was, until recently, the only British instructor among 150 with the Ecole de Ski Francais, the local French ski school in Morzine. After teaching skiing for many years in Italy and France, he is happy to give advice on all aspects of ski tuition within the school and the general ski area of the Portes du Soleil
