The Alpe d'Huez Charity Triathlon was a fantastic, charitable, feel-good event.

The brief was simple: Invite amateur athletes from media agencies and direct clients to take part in short and long-distance triathlon events for personal achievement and for a charitable cause. Alpe d'Huez provided the perfect destination, being the home of Triathlon EDF Alpe D'Huez. This is one of the most stunning long course events in the world and a pure bucket list race for any triathlete.

We took care of airport transfers, accommodation, dining and in-resort transportation. The athletes were met from Lyon airport and checked into luxury chalets where we hand-delivered race bibs for those competing in long or short course events.

Our in-depth knowledge of alpine resorts, coupled with our close relationships with mountain-based accommodation and venues, meant we could secure the ideal accommodation for this event.

A two-day conference, workshop, and training forum brought together some of the UK’s top HR executives in a beautiful rural setting in Oxfordshire. The aim was simple: take guests out of their daily routine and create space for fresh thinking.

Across the two days, delegates joined four interactive sessions, including workshops, full-group discussions, and breakout cohorts.

Hosted at the iconic countryside Soho House, the programme combined focused sessions with exceptional hospitality, including “Best of British” breakfasts, lunches, refreshments, and suppers. One of the highlights was dinner in a beautiful Sperry tent, where long banquet tables, festoon lights, candles, and dried flower bunting created a warm and memorable atmosphere.
