This is one of our favourite UK offsite destinations.

Set within 30 acres of beautiful grounds in the Scottish Borders, Peebles Hydro offers everything you need for an epic offsite. Just an hour from Edinburgh, the hotel features flexible meeting spaces, comfortable accommodation, restaurants, bars, a spa, an indoor swimming pool, and can even be hired exclusively for your group.

When the meetings are over, the fun begins. Teams can enjoy bonding experiences including the 1881 Gin Distillery & Gin School, Highland Games, archery, axe throwing, air ri**es and even alpaca trekking... all without leaving the estate.

This venue is great for teams who want to stay together, collaborate effectively and make the most of their time away.

Have you locked in your 2026/2027 offsite yet? Get in touch, and we can make it happen.

Many of our guests get invited on a lot of ski trips and have the difficult choice of declining some and accepting others. So how do they choose?

A guest of one of our clients once told us they do it by finding out whether it's run by Ten80 or not!

Their exact words were: "If it's not a Ten80 event, I'm not interested."

We love that story.

Not because it's a compliment, but because for over two decades we've worked hard to create events that people genuinely look forward to attending. Where every detail matters, every guest feels looked after, and every experience exceeds expectations.

And now, perhaps it's time to embrace what that guest said.

A Ten80 event isn't just an event... it's become a benchmark for quality, trust and unforgettable experiences. That's the Ten80 difference.

A great company offsite is about so much more than getting everyone in the same place.

It's where ideas are shared more freely, teams connect beyond job titles, and relationships are built that carry back into the workplace.

What's the best company offsite you've ever been on? 👇 Let us know in the comments.

In October, we held an epic event in Croatia for one of our long-term clients.

This luxury hospitality programme combined adventure, culture, and relaxation across two of Croatia's most iconic destinations: Hvar and Split.

Guests enjoyed adrenaline-filled experiences including white-water rafting, quad biking, and high-speed Super RIB excursions, balanced with authentic local cooking classes, private w**e tastings, and guided visits to filming locations featured in Game of Thrones.

For this corporate event, guests stayed at an exclusive, fully-privatised five-star hotel. And it was there that we created our own private pool party with a DJ overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This ended up being one of the highlights of the trip!
