I’ve been a little quiet here lately... 🌿 Taking a break from social media to focus on the inner journey, reconnect, and reflect while in India.
Now I’m excited to share the practice again—yoga classes are back next week for 5 consecutive weeks! Let’s move, breathe, and flow together—can’t wait to see you on the mat. 💫🧘‍♀️

J’ai été un peu silencieuse ici ces derniers temps... 🌿 Une petite pause des réseaux pour me recentrer, me reconnecter, et plonger dans un voyage intérieur pendant mon séjour en Inde.
Aujourd’hui, je suis ravie de partager à nouveau la pratique avec vous : les cours de yoga reprennent dès la semaine prochaine, pour 5 semaines consécutives !
