Luxury Villa near Carcassonne

Relax and re-charge your batteries. Sleeps 7 comfortably.

Situated in the small village of Malvies just a short drive from the medieval city of Carcassonne and Limoux. An ideal place to kick back and soak up the sun. The villa is well appointed with three double bedrooms and an annex room with a single bed, a 10x5 metre heated pool and plenty of seating and dining areas on the terraces.

The village has a bakery where they bake fresh bread and pastries in wood fired ovens for all the local villages. The bakery is open every morning between 7 and 10am and sells takeaway pizzas on Friday and Saturday evenings.

There is a large supermarket just ten minutes drive from the villa which also houses a range of little shops and a cafe. Both Carcassonne and Limoux are only a short drive away offering plenty of interest, restaurants and bars.
