Things nobody prepared me for when becoming a mum…
How easy it would be to put my own health and fitness last.
The kids need something.
Work needs something.
Life needs something.
And somehow, I always ended up at the bottom of the list.
But I’m learning that looking after myself isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
When I feel stronger and healthier, I show up as a better mum, wife and version of me.
So this is me, in my mid-30s, choosing myself again.
Not chasing perfection.
Just becoming the strongest, fittest and healthiest version of me.
