W**e tasting, historic charm, and spectacular cliffside vistas! On October 2nd, we welcomed 6 travelers visiting from Philadelphia, USA, for a private tour ending back at the Port of Marseille. 🇺🇸☀️🍷

Our full day of discoveries:

Bandol W**e Estates: We began our day in the heart of the Bandol w**e region, visiting 2 recognized estates to discover the terroir and taste fine regional w**es. 🍇🥂

Medieval Village & Coastal Views: Next, we explored the picturesque hilltop village of Le Castellet, walking through its ancient cobblestone streets. Before returning to the port of Marseille, we drove along the famous Route des Crêtes between La Ciotat and Cassis, taking in the spectacular panoramas high above the Mediterranean cliffs. 🏰🚗💨🦅🌊

A comprehensive day of history, landmarks, and vibrant city streets! On September 30th, we drove to Avignon to pick up two lovely couples from Toronto, Canada, for a custom private day tour. 🇨🇦☀️🚗

Our action-packed itinerary:

Marseille Highlights: We started our morning in Marseille visiting the Great Synagogue on Rue Breteuil, followed by a drive up to Notre-Dame de la Garde for sweeping panoramic views over the sea and city. We also made a stop to admire the grand architecture of the Palais Longchamp. 🏛️🌊

Aix-en-Provence: In the afternoon, we headed to Aix-en-Provence to wander through its lively streets, historic squares, and bustling avenues, before heading back to drop our guests off safely in Avignon. ☕️🎨

W**e tasting, medieval streets, and dramatic coastal panoramas! On September 21st, we guided a wonderful group of 3 couples visiting from Ireland on a private tour starting from Marseille. 🇮🇪☀️🍷

Our full day itinerary:

Bandol W**e Estates: We visited two exceptional estates in the Bandol appellation—Domaine de l'Olivette, known for combining w**emaking with an art center, and Domaine Rougier, the newest addition (63rd) to the list of independent w**emakers in Bandol. 🍇🎨🥂

Medieval Village & Coastal Views: Next, we strolled through the historic cobblestone alleys of Le Castellet. On our drive back to Marseille, we took the famous Route des Crêtes between La Ciotat and Cassis, taking in extraordinary views over the Mediterranean Sea, the harbor of Cassis, and the Calanques! 🏰🚗💨🦅🌊

Discovering the historic roots of French w**emaking! On September 16th, we welcomed a lovely couple from Atlanta for an exclusive w**e tour across the iconic Côtes du Rhône region. 🇺🇸☀️🍷

Our full day of w**e discoveries:

Châteauneuf-du-Pape: We explored the history of France’s very first w**e AOC (established in 1936) with a visit to the appellation museum, followed by a tour at the striking Château des Fines Roches. 🏰🥂

From Gigondas to Séguret: We continued through the unique terroir, driving through the picturesque vineyards of Gigondas up to the classified village of Séguret, before stopping at the regional Maison des Vins for an exclusive tasting of characterful local w**es. 🍇⛰️✨

A magnificent day in Marseille with our friends from French-speaking Canada! On September 14th, we welcomed a fantastic group of around thirty travelers visiting from Canada to explore the treasures of Marseille. 🇨🇦☀️🏛️

Our tour program:

Morning history & architecture: We wandered through the picturesque, colorful alleys of Le Panier, the oldest neighborhood in the city, before stopping to admire the grand architecture and fountains of Palais Longchamp. 🎨🏰

Afternoon panorama: We went up to Notre-Dame de la Garde, 150 meters above sea level, offering our group an absolutely spectacular 360° view over the city center, the harbor, and the Mediterranean Sea. 🌊⚓️👀

A huge thank you to this warm group for their great energy throughout the day! ❤️

Historic charm, fine w**e, and incredible colors in the Luberon! On September 12th, we had the pleasure of taking two wonderful couples from California on an immersive journey through the Luberon valley. 🇺🇸☀️🚗

Our rich itinerary:

Morning discoveries: We began with a stop at an authentic historic waterwheel, followed by a tour and tasting at a premier local w**e estate and a visit to the Corkscrew Museum, featuring rare collection pieces dating back to the 17th century. 🍷🍾✨

Afternoon highlights: After a wonderful lunch on a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley, we visited the village of Lacoste and the Marquis de Sade’s castle, marveled at a 2,000-year-old Roman bridge still in pristine condition, and finished our day surrounded by the breathtaking red and yellow ochres of Roussillon. 🏰🎨 Bridge history.

The ultimate 3-hour sensory and food tour in the heart of Aix-en-Provence! Today, September 5th, we took our guests on a delicious culinary stroll through the lively merchant streets and market alleys of the historic center. ☀️🥖🍷
Our savory & sweet stops:

Savory Delights: We kicked things off with local classics—creamy tapenade, anchoïade, rouille, and authentic rockfish soup, alongside goat cheese, artisan saucisson, and fresh organic bread. All served with a classic glass of Pastis and chilled Provencal rosé w**e! 🫒🧀🍷

Sweet Specialties & Senses: We continued with the traditional local calissons, followed by a mouthwatering gluten-free and lactose-free lemon meringue tartlet. To finish this complete sensory journey, we visited a charming local shop featuring handcrafted perfumes, scented candles, and beauty creams. 🍋🍰🕯️

Two days of coastal beauty, wild nature, and historic charm! On September 3rd and 4th, we had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful couple from Austin, Texas, for a private 2-day itinerary across Provence and the Camargue. 🇺🇸☀️🚗
Our 2-day journey:

Day 1 (Marseille & Cassis): We spent our first day exploring the historic landmarks and sea views of Marseille, followed by a scenic drive down to the charming village and harbor of Cassis. 🏛️⛵️🌊

Day 2 (Camargue & Aix-en-Provence): We set off for the wild Camargue region for an enjoyable e-bike ride, followed by a visit to the Pont de Gau Ornithological Park to admire the wild pink flamingos up close. To wrap up this rich two-day tour, we visited the elegant city of Aix-en-Provence to stroll through its historic streets. 🚴‍♂️🦩☕️

An unforgettable harvest experience and high-cliff coastal views! On August 24th, we picked up 3 couples from New York State directly from their cruise ship at the Port of Marseille for a custom w**e and scenic tour. 🇺🇸🚢🍷
Our full day of sharing:

The magic of the grape harvest: We headed to the famous Bandol w**e region, arriving on one of the very first days of the harvest season (les vendanges). Our guests had the unique chance to immerse themselves in the action: watching tractors bring in trailers full of grapes, harvesters working in the fields, the grape press in full operation, and breathing in the sweet scent of fresh grape juice in the air! 🍇🚜🍇

The panoramic return: To end this incredible day, we took the famous Route des Crêtes between La Ciotat and Cassis, taking in the magnificent sea-cliff views overlooking the Mediterranean before safely heading back to the ship. 🚗💨🦅🌊

A rich day of culture, heritage, and coastal flavors! On Sunday, August 16th, we welcomed a fantastic group of 8 travelers from the USA for a custom private tour. 🇺🇸☀️🏛️
Our full day together:

In the morning: We began in Marseille with a visit to the magnificent Great Synagogue on Rue Breteuil, followed by a panoramic drive up to Notre-Dame de la Garde to take in the breathtaking views over the Mediterranean and the city. 📖 panoramic skyline.

In the afternoon: We traveled to Aix-en-Provence to explore its elegant historic center, fountains, and shady avenues. 🏛️🎨

To finish: To top off a brilliant day, we dropped our guests off at a wonderful restaurant right along Prado Beach in Marseille so they could relax and enjoy dinner by the water! 🍽️🌊🍷
