open kitchen with a big oven and a dishwasher directly connected to a big living room. The living room is nice and cozy with a fireplace in authentic alpine style and staircase to 30 m2 large loft with TV, Billiard and a Wii. All the way around the house there is a view either to the massif of Mont Blanc or Le Bargy. The house has a nice garden and it situated in a cozy little authentic french village quarter full of atmosphere. There is a bakery, a butcher, a little shop, 3 bars, 4 restaurants and a swimming pool and a local ski resort with 13 slopes and appromiately 35 km to the big ski resorts: Avoriaz, Morzine, Flaine/les Carroz, Megeve, Chamonix, La Clusaz, Le Grands Bornands, Samôens, Morions. In summer you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering, climbing and swimming in big lakes. Mont Saxonnex also has a chair lift which is open during sum me time and provides access to the higher elevations of the terrain in a easy way. For those who enjoys hiking, there a lots of magnificent trips departing from Mont Saxonnex and can be selected by length and strength. Furthermore the place offers the possibility to go rock climbing according to your level
