Great food tour in Cévennes countryside for 8 fun people from an organization of visually impaired people (Gard and Lozère). First step in in the lovely village of Vézénobres for a presentation and tasting of fig products by the brilliant Cassidy, then a tasting of IGP Cévennes wines in by the very sympathetic Ambre, to continue we went to the to meet Laurence and Jean and taste their delicious products made from olives and almonds, and we had a last gourmet stop at where Sylvie explained us all about the secrets of nougat making.

First day of the season 2024 for with a tour in the village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Pont du Diable and . 4 German people were my guests and we all were impressed to see the Herault river with such a strong flow, after the last rains.

Magnifique journée sur le patrimoine cévenol en Lozère avec Mariette, guide conférencière: ancienne mine d'argent et pierre sèche au programme, avec les châtaigniers, la rivière et le ciel bleu comme décor. Bientôt une nouvelle excursion prévue dans ce coin de paradis !
Wonderful day about the heritage of the Cevennes in Lozere, with Mariette an historical guide: old silver mine and dry stone art were in the program, with the chestnut trees, the river and the blue sky as a background. Very soon a new tour will be planned in that little piece of heaven!
