It's been a while since we posted here, but trust me, we haven't been idle. New beautiful things are happening at utopia. There's been adventures, challenges, uncharted seas and new horizons. We'll tell you all about these very soon. ☺️
For now rest assured that your favourite chef duo is here and working on menus for the coming winter to cook up a little bit of magic for you on your holiday in the Alps. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Our crops and herbs are failing due to drought and extreme temperatures. Today I said goodbye to most of our edible flowers, soft leaved herbs and spinach. I didn't even bother walking up to the raised beds. They have to fend for thselves.

The raspberries however have never been this abundant. There's more of the berries than leaves! And they are truly heavenly, small and sweet, incredibly fragrant and full of flavour. Silver linings.
