Lovely, secluded property set in 18 acre of private grounds and is completely fenced in with video access at the main gates . The House is located in a small countryside hamlet outside Saint Fargeau in the Yonne department, this area has many attractions and restaurants. Ideal location for those searching for a tranquil holiday with many great outdoor activities nearby. Canoeing, windsurfing, fish

ing and Horse riding are all close by. Four minutes away there is also an Animal Park and an Adventure Park for the kids. Spacious accommodation of two floors; ground floor with two bedrooms, kitchen and dining area living room plus Family bathroom, upstairs two double bedrooms with UK satellite TV area. Wi-Fi internet is available at the property Large private heated pool with sun loungers. Front patio is over 80 sq meters in size and is ideal for breakfast and dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is easy access to the patio and private heated pool. They is a play area for the children which is close by to the swimming so you can keep an eye on them. The property has a forest of about 2-3 acres which you can walk through, and if you are quiet then you may may see the wild deer in the early morning. The property sleeps 10 people with no problem and has 4 large bedrooms, with two modern bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. The double rooms upstairs have also a single bed in them as well as a double bed .
