It's hard to fathom the chain of events that happened nearly 48 hours ago along the Promenade des Anglais. How in the height of beautiful celebration, such an atrocity could occur.

Offering deepest condolences on a FB post seems such a small thing, but it's one that is truly heartfelt. Prayers for those who lost loved ones, and to those whose lives will forever be changed by witnessing this event and for the souls who departed along the Promenade des Anglais, may they rest in peace.
