📖 The hospices de Beaune is one of historical gem in the heart of burgundy. Founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin the chancellor of the Duke of Burgundy and his wife Guigone de Salins, these hospices were intended to care for the sick and shelter the destitute. 😷

Today, this architectural masterpiece is still in operation, continuing a centuries-old tradition of aid and compassion. Would you like to discover the history behind these walls steeped in humanity ? ✨

The harvest in Burgundy starts in just a few weeks' time. Some of France's wine-growing regions have already started the harvest a few weeks ago. The harvest is a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas and discover vineyards by sharing the know-how of winegrowers, who welcome many summer grape-pickers to their estates. 🍇

Picking, sorting, meals in the vineyards and the famous French-style "casse-croûte" are all on the program! 🥘🥙
