Before becoming the charming family retreat it is today, our beautiful estate had a delicious past—it was once a Roquefort dairy! 🏰🐑

🔍 How is Roquefort made?
• Crafted from the milk of Lacaune sheep, this legendary cheese is aged in natural limestone caves, where the magic of Penicillium roqueforti gives it its signature blue veins.
• The result? A creamy, tangy, and utterly unique flavor that cheese lovers adore! 🤩

With baskets in hand and big smiles on their faces, they searched high and low across the domaine to find sweet treasures hidden just for them. ✨
