When in France… you go raw. 😋

Beef tartare is made from finely chopped or minced raw beef, usually from tender cuts like filet mignon. The fact that it’s served raw makes it daring and exciting to try, especially for first-timers.

Not for the faint-hearted, but definitely for the flavor-curious.
