Thrilled to share that one of our latest Paris renovations, *Terrasses Élysées*, has just been featured by [Côté Maison](https://www.cotemaison.fr/maison-reve/loft-appartement/a-paris-un-appartement-renait-autour-dune-fenetre-moderniste-des-annees-30-17888?utm_source=chatgpt.com).

Originally damaged by years of water infiltration, this 1930s modernist apartment near the Champs-Élysées was completely reimagined around its most extraordinary feature: a monumental steel-framed window overlooking Paris.

Designed by the incredibly talented .soulimant.interieurs — a longtime creative collaborator with Cobblestone Paris — the project transforms just 54m² into a warm, serene, highly functional retreat filled with custom oak millwork, sculptural curves, hidden storage, and soft natural light throughout the day.

What we love most is how the renovation respects the soul of the original architecture while making the apartment feel entirely contemporary and deeply livable.

Walk everywhere. Watch the bateaux glide by. Live the city, not just visit it.

“We absolutely *loved* staying here. The location is the best — the Latin Quarter is incredible for food, cute streets, and wandering Paris like a local. Steps away from Shakespeare & Co., fresh crepes, French food, gyro or any other cuisine, and literally steps from Saint Michel metro and Notre Dame.

Nadia, our host, was warm, friendly, proactive and gave us an amazing check-in tour and the best restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood. Overall one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Can’t wait to visit again soon!
