In France, Mother’s Day falls two weeks after the US holiday… so lucky me, I get to celebrate twice with my daughter. 🥰 Father’s Day, however, lands on the same day in both! 😁

Me, E & C. 🫶🏻 Hi, I’m Lindsey — founder of Pictours Paris — and these two littles make life full of fun and adventure. ✨ My lovely associate photographer, Indigo, captured some photos of us in our neighborhood, just around the corner from our apartment and my daughter’s school. I wanted photos here because it’s where we talk, laugh and daydream together on our daily walks…and where Charlie proudly protects his two girls. 😂🐾

Congratulations to these two lovebirds from Lebanon. ✨🤍 I always love and appreciate when clients look beyond the Eiffel Tower to Catie their intimate moments in Paris. M chose the quiet bank of the Seine, just below the beautiful Notre Dame, to ask B to marry him. 🤍 Such a sweet, kind and lovely couple in love! 💝

Street Photography is a genre I’ve never really explored, until recently. Historically I like to set up shots and provide some guidance to my couples and families during photo sessions. I set up the scene, more or less, while keeping the vibe relaxed and authentic. 😉

With street photography, you have to simply observe and witness the scene unfolding in front of you. And it’s quite an exciting and a fun way to spend few hours walking through the city. and I strolled around the Saint Germain neighborhood, and here are a handful of snaps I captured during our walk.

I hope everyone has the opportunity to sit in stillness with Claude Monet’s Water Lilies at least once in their lifetime…

Gifted to France the day after the Armistice was signed ending the war in 1918, the Water Lilies were meant to live as more than art. They were a symbol of hope.

Even as Monet questioned the act of making art during war, he persisted and left these paintings behind to help a wounded world endure. 🤍

Sending love and hugs up into the universe. 💫

A rainy afternoon with R&K around Pont Bir Hakeim.🩶🤍❤️ We lucked out with the weather (in my opinion!) because a moody Paris feels romantic and cozy, and we didn’t have to battle any crowds at this otherwise very popular location. ☺️

Mini shoot with P&J last summer. 🧡 I’ve known P for about five years—first met and photographed him in 2021– and I was delighted to meet up again with the two of them for a few quick photos and a catch-up in the Luxembourg Gardens.🌳🪻🌞
My intention this year is to share more client photos and work. The last couple of years I’ve been in survival mode, but I am feeling more anchored and centered in this New Year. ✨
