Where to find the latest good wine bar restaurant in the Marais : Let’s discover .😋🍷🥩🧀🥦🍄

In the center of Paris, there is a district called the Marais divided in 2 sides : the very touristic South Marais near by Hotel de ville and the North Marais, near by Arts & Metiers. In North Marais, it’s a melting pot area with many restaurants and pastry shops opening during the last 5 years.🍜🍛🍰🎂 But, it wasn’t easy to find a very good wine bar.

Now, it’s not anymore with . 🍷

Everything is about good wines and French tapas. The concept is to offer 3 types of tapas dishes from the meat, passing by the sea and to vegetables. 6 to 8 tapas for 2 persons will be enough and it’s a good occasion to taste many different meals.🥦🍄🥩🧀

This wine bar is the extension of the another very good restaurant being in the same street . If you haven’t had the occasion to test, have a try : it’s about big portion of fresh foods to share per 2 : fishes, wagyu, beef ribs, Iberian pluma, etc.🐷🐮🐟 You won’t be deceived.

This is a lava egg custard inside and this is the best Chinese dessert of Paris at !
And also the most underestimated restaurant of Paris. 🥇🥢🍰🫖

Combined the best Chinese tapas restaurant of Paris and the best traditional Chinese pastry shop of Paris, you have .

They do excellent Steamed Egg Custard Bun. It is sweet, it is big and it is about lava eggs. So, let's break some buns!🥚🫓😋

For me, it may be the new best Chinese restaurant of Paris. I am really surprised to find it still very underestimated (but booking will be easy at least 😉).

The dessert menu is made up of traditional and moderm desserts. And it is perfect for a tea time !
For salty menu, the choice is also wide and delicious, one of the best in the city. And, I will do a review very soon. 🔝🫖😋🍁

For October, let's go fora Qingdao beer and some Chinese dumplings in Paris center!🍂🍁🥟🍺🔥

Jiaozi, Baozi, Dumplings, Raviolis: whatever its names, you have one new restaurant that do it all and do it well. It's called .
The name doesn't come from "Shifumi" but it comes from "master" translation as master of dumplings. 👩🏻‍🍳🔪By the way, the lady master of dumplings will show the whole process of dumplings creation in front of you and show how fresh are the ingredients.

About the foods, it may have the most diverse menu of Chinese dumplings in Paris. 🥟🥟🥟🥟 It's mostly fried and some plates are with soup. But, the fried dumplings are so good : tasty, not dry, meat recipes are well balanced and it's crispy shinning fried! 🥟🔥💧 Don't forget to soak it into some spicy vinegar sauce. 🌶

The services is "à la minute" and the dishes could come very fast! But, I assume due to the very good foods, the service may become too crowded. ⏰️

So, let's not wait: it's new and it's a very nice to try place in the 3rd district of Paris. It's called Shifu restaurant.🥟

In September, let's get some Mochi Donuts at PONPON]!🍩

After the diet for Summer🏖💪, it is time to get some fat for winter with a tasty pastry. But, let's be moderated by having a "guiltless" one with the so-called Mochi Donut, a tasty but most importantly light and chewy donut. 😬🤞🐷 (Plan of the day yesterday ✅️)

There is only one place in Paris proposing it: PONPON], located in Pyramides but having also its pop-up store opened in Printemps Haussman Ground floor. 🍩☕️🍹

This is the best Corsican wine bar of Paris. 🍷🥓

Fresh products, wide choice of Corsican wines and cocktails and innovative Corsican tapas. This is what is waiting for you at . 👨‍🌾🍷🍹

Have a try of their crispy pork belly, and garlic pesto or their generous focaccia, truffled white ham, mozzarella di buffala and arugula. 🐷

The small restaurant is located at the heart of Paris in Montorgueil, not too far from the other best French wine bar of the area .

Where is the best French restaurant of Honfleur ?🇨🇵⛵️🛥🌊

In Honfleur, there is a chef, Alexandre Boudas, used to own a 2 michelin starred French restaurant in Honfleur. 🧑🏻‍🍳⭐️⭐️One day, he decided to give up his 2 michelin stars and his gastronomic concept to be into bistronomic.🥕🥩 He has also decided to quit social media and to be truly focus on his passion : the good cuisine and the good creations.🔪🥦🍗

This is Saquana in Honfleur.🍽🇨🇵 It is a cuisine rich of choices with a mix of traditional French cuisine combined with abroad inspirations and innovations.
The dishes are generous and modern.
The atmosphere is easy going and trendy.
If you are tired of the classics of the city, this is a restaurant you must try (and book). 😋👍

In the picture, the first dish is a Arroz Negro, a revisited paella with squid ink with langoustines and various seafood.🍛 The second dish is a revisited Sausage Rougail, a traditional Reunionese dish made up with sausage sauce. Everything was tasty and original. 👍

Don't forget to accompany with the local alcohol apple drink: the cider.🍾

Where is the best French gastronomic restaurant in Arts et Metiers in Paris (3rd arrondissement)?🇨🇵

Let's go to the 3rd district and its Chinatown. Then, have a visit at . 🐷🍷

is a gastronomic restaurant in the quiet street of Rue Chapon. It is a traditional French gastronomic restaurant with very fresh ingredients.🥕🥦🥩 From meats to sea foods, you will have the choice.👩‍💼🧑‍💼 It looks traditionnal but the taste has always something different. 👨‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳

Here are the veal carpaccio with caper, and the tender lamb from the regional farm with mashed potatoes and marinated onions. Their wine menu is also incredibly good !🍖🧅🍷🥂

The restaurant is a real must try in the district. On the area, don't forget to visit the classic and gastronomic located in the oldest building of Paris🪵 and the wine bar bistronomic restaurnant , renewing regularly its quantitative and qualitative menu. 🥩🍷

Let's talk about the best restaurants of Annecy ? 🇨🇵🏞🍽

Let's focus on one sandwich shop .🥙🍳 Yes, a sandwish! 😜 But an extremely generous and delicious sandwish with ingredients from the region.🥓🧀🍆🥬🥔🥖

Actually, the menu is made up of sandwish, toasts, focaccias and salads. Everything for on-site or takeaway. 🌯🌮🥙🥗🥓🧀🧅🥔
Imagine one toast full of melted cheese on top of the potatoes and hams, accompanied with salad and cooked vegetables aside. This is what is waiting for you.🧂🐷

Many in Paris have told me to try it. So, I tried it with satisfaction and it will bring you some lightness to the classic fondue or gastronomic dishes near by.

Btw, for the classic fondue, raclette or any cheese specialities, it is easy to find good ones in Annecy center (trust google maps).🫕🧀🥓 Same for gastronomic restaurants (Yoann Conte restaurants, La Rotonde des Trésoms, Les Terrasses du lac, Le 1903, etc).

The perfect lunch with a view in a terrace at Annecy lake (France)!🍽🍹🏞

After watching the paragliders flying at Col de la Forclaz, direction for lunch at the cute village of Talloires Montmin (right side of the lake). ⛰️🪂🏞

🔅This village is the favorite of artists but also the location of famous restaurants such as the 2 Michelin starred or the gastronomic . They have both a gastronomic and a bistronomic restaurants facing the lake for all budgets ! 🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳🌟🏖

After failing booking at 1903, I booked at the terrasse of .

✅️ Conclusion : Very fresh foods, very tasty and the view was perfect.🎣🏞

1️⃣The starter: fresh fishes from the lake with Fera and Haddock in tartare. Deliciously fresh!🎣🇨🇵

2️⃣The main dishes :
🐷The Grilled Iberian pork chop with Quinoa with grapes, mint, pomegranate, pequillo sauce.
A tender and tasty piece but still the dish was light thanks to the tasty quinoa. Overally, you will be satisfied without feeling heavy (for swimming later).😋👍🍃🏊‍♂️

🐟The Roasted sea bass fillet with Candied eggplant, beef heart, basil pesto, riquette salad. To Fresh Fish with delicious sauce lovers, here you go !🍃🎣

After a very satisfying lunch without feeling heavy, time to drive a boat at Le Bounty in the near by Menthon-Saint-Bernard village. 🌊🚤

Where are the best restaurants around Lavaux / Leman lake ? 🇨🇭☀️🏞

Lavaux is an Unesco World Heritage region and Switzerland’s most beautiful regions. 👨‍🌾🏞 The region is a terraced vineyards region in front of the Leman lake, recognized for its wines, its Swiss French foods and its view on the lake. 👩‍🌾🧑‍🍳🍷🏞🐟

There, everything is local from the Leman fishes to the Regional wines. And 3 regional restaurants will satisfy your stomach:

: My favorite. Located into an ancient church and surrounded by vineyards at Grandvaux, this gastronomic restaurant has the best panoramic view of Lavaux and Leman lake with its beautiful large terrace. The foods are gastronomic and the wines are excellent. Everything is sourced in the region. After your meal, it is the best spot to walk in Lavaux. 🏞🍷🧑‍🍳🐟
grandvaux : Located near by Grandvaux train station, this hotel restaurant serves classical and traditional regional specialities. It is another good spot for eating delicious foods with a panoramic view on the lake and the region. 🏞🥩🍷

: Located in the village of Riex (20min walk from Grandvaux station), the restaurant is well known in the region for the simplicity, the authenticity and the freshness of its cuisine.
No panoramic and no terrace there but delicious fresh foods/fishes. 🐟🏞🍷

As often said, where there is good wine, there is good food.🐟🏞🥩🇨🇭 So, don't hesitate to experience it when you visit the region.
