Happiness is...finding an awesome salad bar near your lodging in Paris when coming home late (vers 21h). I went there again tonight. Thank you G20 for this excellent salad bar.

Though duck confit sounded awfully good we had to check out this new Mexican food place on Rue du Bourg Tibourg. Easy walk up and order format, with choice of a “base” such as a bowl or tacos or quesadilla. Add a “garniture” or two such as mushrooms or chicken pibil, then a sauce. I had the salsa verde. Not bad at all. The place is Bocamexa. Complete with tortillas Imported from Mexico. Just don’t judge them too harshly for using feta cheese instead of queso fresco. Very friendly outgoing staff (of one ebullient guy at the counter) fluent in French, Spanish and anglais. And really great playlist.

Our first night back home meal. Vegetarian of course.
