My love affair with Indian food started 13 years ago in China, sparked by a fortune cookie.

Seven years later, I found myself in an Indian restaurant kitchen, mastering masalas and learning from true experts.

This past year, I finally ventured across India, tasting regional flavors and forging local connections—an experience that deepened my passion for authentic Indian cuisine and cultural exchange.
