This little purchase found its way into my basket this week.

I have a soft spot for highland cows, so I often find myself browsing random potential purchases!

But this one made me stop scrolling. It felt like it was exactly what I needed to see right now. A message that I needed to hear.

If I'm honest, I don't fully believe I am capable of any of these things right now. But my hope is that by seeing the words every day I will begin to internalise them, and in time, feel inspired to put them into practice.
