La Maison Du Chene, Built around the early 1800's the House is situated just outside the small village of Percy in Lower Normandy. Set in just under an acre of land in a small hamlet this house offers 6 double bedrooms, 4 with en-suites and 2 with a shared bathroom total 5 bathrooms. A spacious kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and a split level dining room which includes a study/rest area.

Free WiFi, The house offers oil fired central heating, washing machine, 12 place dishwasher, parking for 7-8 cars and a large secluded BBQ area. The village of Percy about a 3 minute drive away (or a 15 minute walk) provides a large Supermarket, Butchers, Bakers, Cash Point, Pharmacy, Petrol Station, Post Office and a couple of bars. The town of Villedeue les Pouiles is a 10 minute drive away with shops, restaurants, bars and places of interest. The house is situated 15 minutes South of St Lo and is 1 hour 15 minutes from Cherbourg or 1 hour from Caen. Outside: Semi Rural setting. BBQ and garden furniture with seating for 12. Set in over an acre of land beautiful views. Private driveway and plenty of space for parking. Utility Room: Extra fridge freezer if needed. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen provided, please check with the advertiser regarding towels. Other: Sitting room with 2 comfortable sofas and large armchair.
