Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment 5 minutes from Perpignan City Centre and beside the University. Separate fully equipped kitchen with utility room and large living room com dining room. Balconies run on both sides of the apartment with an enclosed terrace. It is 15 minutes to the nearest beach and some stunning UNESCO sites. Also, 40 minutes from the Pyrenees and 30 minutes to Spain. Vine

yards and wine tasting everywhere! Not suitable for the very elderly or very young children as the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. There are also full length balconies on both sides of the apartment.

A day is never long enough for a visit to Banyuls sur Mer. You can take the tourist train for a visit to the Chapelle de la Salette.....
