Haut Languedocal National Park , River Orb offers swimming and canoeing, Valras Plage all approx 20 mins drive. Spain, Montpellier, Carcassonne, all just 1 hour away. Magnicicent scenery, and of course the wine. Puisserguier is a great location for lovers of wine, with many great local domains (wineries) some have escorted vineyard walks and tastings. Noeleen is available to organise visits and tastings to local domains. The area is steeped in history with many Cathar Castles and fortified towns. The canal du midi nearby with lovely cycle tracks or the possibility of a lesieurly cruise.
