We can only take 2 people, preferably a couple of course, as we have 2 ensuite bedrooms, and we need to sleep onboard too.

We had an entertaining weekend going to see the Piano du Lac at Ventenac with good friends, which was extended due to a canal block on our way back! A tree had fallen in the canal near the junction with Canal du Robine, and as it was Sunday we had to wait until Monday morning for it to be removed. There were plenty of boats waiting to pass both sides! 😃

We offer private, fully inclusive lunch, dinner (in summer), Fonserannes Locks and full day cruises on the scenic UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Canal du Midi, in Southern France. Departing from close to Capestang, you can enjoy a very relaxing time while taking the lovely villages and the impressive low bridges in along the way.

Depending on which cruise you choose, you may experience the amazing Malpas Tunnel, various aquaducts or the famous 9 Fonserranes Locks at Beziers.

Your captain is Ferdi, and your hostess and chef, is Kate. Including snacks, a 3 course delicious homemade meal and all drinks of your choice, our cruises are unique and for your group alone of just 2-6 guests. We also now offer a lunch cruise stopping in Poilhes at the lovely Les Platanes restaurant for lunch.

We moved from Zambia to France in March 2018, after falling in love with the Languedoc region and buying 3 self-catering apartments in Saint-Chinian.
