La Maison sleeps up to 6/7, with a private pool, gardens, and outdoor games. There's a bathroom upstairs and downstairs, both with bath and shower.

🌍 Today we’re celebrating World Earth Day, and I thought we would share some of the things we’re doing at Le Pommier, and some further small changes we hope to make this year:
🪴All our paper products are from Who Gives A Crap - 50% of their profits go the sanitation and fresh water projects.
🪴 This year, all our bedding has been replaced. It meets sustainable fabric standards, and seersucker no-iron duvet covers reduce electrical usage.
🪴 The pump soaps in the bathrooms and kitchen, are filled with a locally made artisan soap that the beautiful shop in Aubeterre supplies in 5 litre containers. And we take them back for a refill!
🪴Most of our garden lighting is solar.
🪴 Our flowering plants and trees provide a source of food to all sorts of bees 🐝
🪴We feed the birds, and make sure there’s water too - and we’re rewarded with lots of different species. All recorded using the fantastic Merlin App.
🪴We compost, and ask you to during your stay.
New for 2025:
🧺 Mothers Earth laundry and dishwasher sheets
☀️ Maybe Solar electricity - we don’t know yet if that can be achieved before our first guests of the season 🤞
