One of our favourite walks from Cap Leucate to La Franqui, to watch the craziness of the Mondial du Vent (World of Wind). We were accompanied by the chitter-chattering of bright yellow Serins along the way!

L’une de nos randonnées préférées, du Cap Leucate à La Franqui, pour admirer le spectacle déjanté du Mondial du Vent. Nous étions accompagnés par le gazouillis éclatant des serins jaune tout au long du chemin !

As we contemplate retirement and what may well be our last summer season at La Chataigneraie we are looking for that special someone who would like to be the next owner and take La Chataigneraie on to a new chapter.

Over the last 14 years we have met so many wonderful people and have rarely been let down by our theory that only lovely, caring people want to holiday in the mountains! Almost every group has had someone interested in our story and dreaming of doing the same……..So now is your chance!

We will be handing over a turn-key property in excellent condition, fully furnished and equipped, providing a superb blank canvas for a new couple or family to build their dream. The property is extremely versatile and has endless potential, whether you would wish to develop artistic and spiritual retreats, run bootcamps for athletes and cyclists, tap into the extremely lucrative wedding market, or simply live as an extended family with a side income from the gites.

If you fancy waking up to this gorgeous view every morning and enjoying a life in year-round sunshine, do get in touch. We have lots more information and are happy to have an informal discussion about the possibilities!
