Great mtn biking this last week on the Transverdon route from Col St Michel to Moustiers St Marie. Well done to Anna and Christian for a great effort and fun company. About 140km, 4330m of ascent and 5040m descent. A tough and challenging three days in superb summer weather although a bit hot on some those climbs. Pretty challenging for my self too when I saw the speed these Swedes pedal!
