A charming 4 bedroom 'home from home' holiday rental, situated in the picturesque seaside village of Saint Briac-sur-mer. LOCATION: A 12 minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Saint Braic, 10 minute walk to the village centre with an array of local shops and restaurants, and just minutes away from the renowned Dinard Golf Club. GETTING THERE: Easily accessible located less than a 10 minute driv

e from Dinard airport, 20 minutes from St Malo train station, 3.5 hours drive from Paris. Cosy, comfy and stylishly decorated, the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need - TV, DVD, 'Free' TV, Wifi, Fully equipt kitchen, bbq, bicycles, sun loungers, hairdryer etc. The house comprises of 3 double bedrooms and a 4th bedroom with bunk bed and child's cot. There is a large family bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a second bathroom with shower. There is a spacious, peaceful walled garden, laden with roses and equipped with BBQ, sun loungers and outdoor dining area for 8 people. The summer months offer an idyllic seaside setting - choose from activities such as sailing, fishing, water sports, cycling and golf to more relaxed holiday past times such as market shopping, lazy lunches and spa days.
