2025 High summer holiday week just came free. August 2-9 2025.
Due to a longstanding client sadly feeling the pinch at present, we have moved their booking till next year and rolled over their deposit.

Less than a week till season opener for 2025. so much work undertaken to trees around the lakes along with new gravel to driveway.

11 new carp all around 25lbs to the house lake and 100 good sized tench to the middle lake to make this a fantastic float fishing lake. a swim has been built on this now tench &carp lake.

we are also providing a nice little welcome pack for all guests along with the usual tea, instant coffee sugar etc we also now have a nice coffee machine with 100 free coffee pods per client.

Readying EMV for the 2025 season. lots of tree work around all 3 lakes and cutting back around the lakes.

some big trees down by the house lakes had to be removed. we also removed some silver birches close to the house as getting too big.

masses of orders arriving refreshing items and for our new welcome packs for 2025.

how about the opening week at EMV in 2025? the closing week in November this year did a number of high 40lb fish and a 50lb mirror.

with lots of winter work and upgrades being undertaken as usual in the closed season you could be the first to wet a line in 2025.

thinking of a week next year or 2026?

we still have the 15th of March 2025 free and then weeks in November only in 2025.

we have October weeks in 2025 still free and 2026 has 19 weeks sold so be quick and secure a week now.

The Reynolds were at EMV 12th to 19th of October 2025 they write:

We had a fab time here, house and grounds are really nice, sitting in the hot tub overlooking the lake was our daily medicine!

We only fished the house lake and house swim, just one angler, had 25 runs landing 23 fish. 1x small cat, the sturgeon twice at 29lb, 8 carp between 23 and 29lb, 11 carp over 30lb to 36lb 8oz and 1 over 40lb, a lovely common at 46lb 9oz, my new PB.

All fish were in immaculate condition, Mostly commons for me but did have 4 lovely mirrors. Fished most mornings , evenings and nights rested the swims during the afternoon as we ventured out to various villages and towns. Fab time and will be back next year!
