After 5 weeks on site with a 3-man crew, we’ve made HUGE upgrades to improve fishing, safety, and your holiday experience.

Seasons End at EMV. Another great season, 34 weeks back to back, like many other lakes the fishing was harder towards the end of the year but happy returning clients booking year on says a lot.

may happy reports from this summers trips, most clients repeat bookings and rolling over in to 2028 now in some cases...

Did 3 nights on the cat lake for a 64 & a 99+2 lost. 3 days on the main lake George had 4 carp to 34 & a sturgeon and I had 5 up to 32, lovely place to stay can't fault it. Is so far the best fishing holiday gite we've done according to my wife so that's an accolade. Thanks for everything"

So, a quick report on the week, we only fished main lake and the Cat lake (for one night), we caught a total of 28 fish including Catfish at 95lb, sturgeon out of cat lake at 38lb, the same sturgeon four times out of the main lake, only weighed it once 25lb 11oz, the rest were all carp biggest 36lb 5oz Mirror (we did have a 43lb Mirror which unfortunately was foul hooked so we can't count that), which Lisa caught, we had three other 30's, two commons and a mirror with pretty much all the rest of the fish being 20's up to 29lb 12oz. Wild life was wonderful to watch again, Kingfishers, Herons, Wagtails, there was even a large bird of prey (some sort of Eagle I'm guessing) circling the lake on Thursday, and lots of those little lizards... WONDERFUL. "
