Holiday home in the south of France with access to a heated pool available for your summer vacations at just €1400.00 per week until October 1st! Our 6 person home is located in Saint Feliu-D’Avall just a 10 minute drive to the city of Perpignan. The house is fully equipped including free wifi, air conditioning/heating, washing machine, a cosy living space including a large flat screen TV with Netflix available, and an open-plan kitchen dining room, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all utensils/crockery. Two of the three large bedrooms are en-suite, with a separate toilet adjacent to the dining room. Each of the bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe. Outside offers a secluded, relaxing terrace with shade, equipped with a dining table and chairs, and space to dry clothes. There is access to a shared outdoor heated pool, lounge chairs, where you can peek a view of the nearby Pyrénées.
There are various cities nearby including Perpignan, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Montpellier, and even trips across the border to Girona and Barcelona are within an hour and a half drive! The holiday home is the perfect location to enjoy a mix of medieval chateaux, mountain views, and beautiful beach destinations, with a blend of French and Catalan food and culture.
