1 / Will the campsite be open on May 2020, 2 as planned?
* No, after the presidential address of Monday, April 2020, 13, and Ministry Order No. 2020-423 of Tuesday, April 2020, 14, tourism reception facilities will be closed until the date of 11 May 2020, without any opening date yet.
2 / I have booked after May 2020, 11 (in June, July, August or September), will the campsite be open?
* On the date of writing this document, we cannot specify a date of opening of the campsite, nor under what conditions. All equipment is up for their scheduled opening dates. It is a corporate decision, or prefecture, that will give us the green light for an opening to customers.
3 / I paid a down payment for my stay scheduled after May 2020, 11 (in June, July, August or September), would I be refunded if the campsite is finally closed on this date?
* If this was the case, you would be informed of the implementation of the derogating device in force, in accordance with Order No. 2020-315 of 25/03/2020 and its possible extension. The principle of this order states that the campsite's client benefits (carry forward, have on a future stay, or refund after 18 months). Note that this is the principle that camping will remember for all resolutions related to COVID-19
4 / I have already paid my down payment when booking my stay, do I have to pay the balance that is asked if my stay starts after May 11, 2020?
* On today's date, without explicit and official closure ban, the campsite can welcome you from May 11, 2020, and the balance is due to the original date.
5 / If I cancel my stay by personal convenience (worry, fear, caution,...), while the camping is open, and the lockdown period is over, would I be refunded from my down payment, or sums already paid ?
* No, because the contract must be impossible to perform due to a case of force majeure: Administrative closure of the campsite, lockdown, border closure.
Apart from these cases, periods, application of common law and contract conditions (terms and conditions of the contract)
Do not be a case of force majeure, cancellations of customer convenience (fear, caution) while the campsite is able to welcome the customer, French or foreign, and the client is allowed to move (end of lockdown , open borders)
6 / I have signed a cancellation insurance, will it take charge of the amount already paid in case of cancellation of my stay?
* As many cases are multiple, we invite you to contact directly with the insurer concerned who will be able to answer your questions accurately.
7 / In case of opening the campsite at the time of my stay, will the services (bar, pool, convenience store,....) be open?
* To date, and without ministry or prefecture information, we are unable to answer this question.
8/ If the campsite opens well after May 2020, 11, will there be any health measures?
* For several days, the health authorities have been working actively in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, and the FNHPA (National Federation of Outdoor Hospitality) on the development of a comprehensive health plan allowing the campsite to have practical tools and procedures , adapted and relevant to equipment and services such as: swimming pools, sanitary facilities, reception point,.... The main objective is that there are real commitments and a number of health standards set in the campsite to guarantee health of our customers.
9 / I own a mobile residence in the campsite, can I currently live there? Or when can I live there?
* No, it is impossible to live on the campsite between its scheduled opening date-scheduled May 2, 2020-and the Administrative closing date of May 11, 2020 (at least). Until the Government has decided on the official date of opening the campsite in France, it is impossible to state the date of opening to the public.
10 / I own a mobile residence in the campsite, I paid a down payment. With the uncertainty about opening, do I have to pay the following deadline and the balance? And could I get a refund (refund, refund,...)?
* All payments are due according to the schedule set in advance of the annual contract.
